Marching band competition

*sigh* i dont even know what to write today. i just want to say... RHS marching Band members, Great job today. we really really really did really good. it was amazing. seeing the band director jumping in all joy was amazing. and yah literally jumping up and down cheering was a great feeling. the ability to perform at the naval academy was an amazing feeling and i love it! i really did~ <3

RHS colorguard. especially opener flags.... what happened?!? the runs were amazing and we looked so good! but performance wasnt hott. but its watever now. its over. its to late. nothing i can do bout it but realize all our flaws and fix it for winter gaurd in next years marching band. Time to move on. we went up by O.2?O.4? O. something points... thats not good considering we had 3 weeks! our runthroughs were amazin! WHAT HAPPENED!

im really really sick and tiired of going out there working our butts off and getting a low score. then having marching band members telling us we suck, we bring the guard down, mocking us, and everything else that just makes us feel like we did Sh*t. when its story time, what do the drum majors and directors say. we are a band. and bands support and work together. we are like family. WHERES THE FAMILY?! THE SUPPORT?! when we get a bad placement. ohh... its colorguards fault.

i'll be honest. were not the best. were not that good in general. but whatever! we really do go out there and try our best and show our best performance. today *its 1:02 am... yesterday* was an amazing performance... minus a few flaws. opener flags were... really off. but we tried. i know we did. u can tell! some of us just dont have enough confidence to realize that they have the potential to lead the group. our flags may not be neon and WOW at 1st glance... but it fits with our show and all. murder/mystery was a great theme.

another thing, band members.... seriously. we know we suck. we know we arent as good as the other bands colorguard. we dont have "WOW LOOK! BRIGHT COLOR FLAGS!" were not as together as we should be. SO STOP SHOVING THIS INTO OUR FACES! FAMILY??!?!? whatever. like i said b4... we place bad... ohh its alllllll colorguard fault.. when was ur last time u stopped, thought bout what you said, how much its going to hurt us mentally, and NOT SAY IT. if u realize how much we work our butts off and having the result turn out like this... u'll realize we dont need u guys to come up to us and say boo u suck. Think. Think really hard. Think bout when the last time u said heyy colorguard, its okkayy u guys didnt do so hott. u tired ur best. great job.

ive been in marching band since day 1 and i have not had a single member do that. nothing i say rite now can express the way i feel about our band and CG.

i love it. i love marching band. i love colorguard. i love all the members. and i wouldnt switch with any other skols becuase we are like family. we just dont have the support we should get. when was the last time we thought bout the other persons position. i finally did today. and Cg member and a marching band member was play arguing bout how their job isnt easy... i started to think... its true

Band: the fact that u guys can play, memorize music, count, watch drum major, get to ur spots, and march at the same time is amazing. it really is. and im proud to say thats my band members

CG: the fact that we learned how to toss, catch, march while tossing and turning, dancing, count marches, and get to our spots is amazing. and im also proud to say im a part of it

we both have the same amount of stress and pressure... so y cant we get the same amount of support?!

tues, the bands going to watch the game and they are going to say... wow. colorguard sucks. no wonder we got 14th/15th place. yah thats band. justthe push we need to come back nexxt year.

i dont knowwhat else i want to say... i just can express myself.

Later today:
i was in a bad mood after our placement. yah drum majors and directors said it didnt matter. and i'll agree.. but lets be honet... who doesnt want a plastic trophy taller than themselves standing in the office/band room reminding us how amazing we were. i wanted that trophy... i'll be honest.... i always say placemnt? watever... but wanted top 10 at least.#1 if ever. I wanted to be #1. I wanted band to say great job. and i want to show them colorguard does have what it takes.

when i get home. i sit and talk with my friend in the car for hrs. then i g2 my other friends house... yah i get ignored... completely so i go into their house, into the basement and chill with her lil bro. i love him. hes like my lil bro. i dont think ive ever felt so un needed and unwatned and left out. they all come barging int ome and lil bro talking. doesnt bother to say hi to me coming here and walk out.

Im So Sick And Tiired Of Trying To Help People With Their Life Problems, Then Get Turned Round And Pushed Aside Like I Dont Matter. Im... Just...Sick... And...Tiired... Of... it.... sick and tiired.
